Special Collections is proud to announce that three student assistants have joined our team!

Cayman McFarland

We are glad to welcome Cayman McFarland as one of the new Student Assistants for Cal Poly Humboldt Special Collections. She just moved to Eureka from Santa Cruz where she completed her Associates of Liberal Studies. She is majoring in Literary Studies with a minor in Linguistics, with the goal of continuing on for her Masters of Library and Information Sciences. A heartfelt welcome to Cayman!

Jude Rouland

Cal Poly Humboldt Special Collections is also glad to welcome Jude Rouland. Originally from the Bay Area, Jude is majoring in History Education with a minor in English Writing. They plan to continue on to complete a Masters of Library and Information Sciences. Welcome, Jude, We are so glad to have you!

Rai Klacka

Lastly we give a warm welcome Rai Klacka. From San Diego, they’ve recently moved to Arcata, and plan to major in Literary Studies. Their goal is to get a teaching credential and go on to teach English. We glad they're here. Welcome to the team, Rai!
