The B.O.S. opened bids for the constr. of the Rohnerville Airport and recommended the form of Mercer-Fraser be awarded the job. The recomm. was forwarded to the District Airport Engr. of the CAA. He then has to agree and forward his recomm. to the Regional Administrator.
