The B.O.S. awarded the contract for construction of the new steel and concrete bridge over the South Fork Eel at Garberville to Chas G. Sheeley of Denver, Colorado. Bid = $12,174. He also agreed to build a solid concrete pier in place of the cheaper affair, for an additional $800.
