The Ferndale City Council cont. to discuss the proposed location of their new sewage plant. Koebig & Koebig was their consultant. When considering the Salt River site the attitude of the councilmen has not necessarily been in favor due to flood condos. which have existed in the past & which could cause damage to the plant in the future.
