The FPC today, granted preliminary permits for 3 power dams on the Klamath River to the assoc. interests of A.P. Seybold interests and the Electric Metals Company of S.F. The permits were conditioned that the appl. work out a way to preserve the salmon runs. The dams would transmit power to Trinidad.
