"Celter Mill Completes Hoopa Unit" Activity has increased at the ore reduction mill north of Hoopa. The Celter Corporation Ore is the owner of the mine formerly known as the Copper Bluff Mine. Of the 41 men employed, 27 are working underground in the mine. Four carloads of copper concentrate and two of zinc, have been shipped to the smelters in Tacoma, WA and Kellogg, ID. A pyrite recovery circuit was recently placed in operation. The iron concentrate is being stockpiled pending completion of a chemical plant which the company plans to build on the Samoa Peninsula.
