The new office at 6th and I of the Humboldt Land and Title Company will hold an open house on July 21st. M. E. Arnot is President. There's a photo of it looking south from 6th. 4700 ft^2 and $75,000 to build of basalt rock and redwood. In 1946 Humboldt Land and Title opened an office in the Vance Hotel.
