Several years ago when the area around Huntoon & Williams street was first opened up several people invested heavily in property bordering the gulch which runs across Huntoon near Williams. These people built their homes on the slope of the gulch facing Huntoon which was not opened at that time. New plans have been prepared for grading Huntoon by filling in the gulch about 20' feet higher than the bottom. The home owners are greatly opposed.
