Report on the meeting on the Jacoby Creek water system and the 6 month survey of several other rivers by Ellery. The meeting was attended by 200+ people, a majority of which voted in favor of the Jacoby creek plan. Of interest, Elk Riv was the most for bid of all streams surveyed.
