A large-scale advertising program to boost traffic on 299 was announced yesterday. Mrs. Lorene Melguist, secretary of the Trin. Co. Planning Commission, will coord. the program. Kenny Kilburn will take scenic photos between Arcata and Redding. A pamphlet will be produced.
