" Work has commenced on the railroad wharf at Fields Landing. The tug Buhne towed Mercer's pile driver to the scene of operations yesterday morning, The pile driver is equipped with cook house and lodging quarters & the requisite material for hurrying the big wharf to completion at an early date.
