Students: Finding Aids
Finding Aids are one of the most valuable archival documents in terms of accessibility and usability of collections by researchers.
Students who help write Finding Aids learn how to concisely, but pricisely, translate all relevant information about a collection into lanuage researchers can understand. Working closely with a collection, a student will gain experience processing and analyzing material and learn how to best describe that process for future use.
